My better is better than your better...

This is one of my favorite ads because it motivates me to work out. Every time I see a good Nike or Gatorade ad it makes me want to get off my lazy butt and go exercise. What really catches my attention about this particular ad is the fast pace music and the portrayal of how hard the athletes are working out. This Nike commercial definitely wants to make me go out and be more active and also somehow makes me want to go out and buy cute Nike work out clothes! I think this ad is extremely effective for people like me who try to be more active. It's motivating when you see it and it reminds you that you shouldn't be sitting there watching tv, and instead should be out running or something.

  1. I like this advertisement also. It is very effective with the music, and the shots of different athletes training is motivating because they all look great and I want to look like that too!

  2. This works on so many levels. New but catchy song. An idea that motivates people to work out, having kids and teens represented, and plus, it had Steve Nash and Landon Donovan

  3. This is a really great commericial by Nike. After watching it really does inspire you to go out and be active. The way it is put together also makes it enjoyable to watch. The slow motion shots are really cool, along with the scenes showing people involved in many different activities. It definetly creates a good image for nike one of the best sporting good brands out there.

  6. I too agree that this ad is very effective. It makes me want to go running or do something active. Also, the music helps to get you pumped up. I like the fact that they used different sports in this ad, which in turn catches the attention of a wide variety of viewers. If I would have seen this ad months ago, I think I might have went out and bought a pair of Nike shoes and probably some Nike workout clothes.
